Osher Bier is a meticulous craftsman who excels in both renovations and new constructions. When the opportunity arises to tear down and build anew, he skillfully constructs single-family homes that are highly desired by his clientele. Replete with amenities, these homes complement cosmopolitan neighborhood exteriors and add value to every corner.

Each home that Bier creates is a superb creation of modern luxury and efficiency. His reputation for exceptional work is backed by a team of expert subcontractors and designers, whose meticulous attention to detail ensures top-of-the-line craft and finishes. Common amenities in Bier’s homes include high-efficiency zone heating/cooling systems, recessed LED lighting, smart integration with wireless surround sound, Bluetooth-enabled temperature controls, and Geberit in-wall carriers and flush plate actuators.

Bier has a masterful technique of showcasing architectural details and maximizing space in every home he creates. In the bathrooms, clients appreciate Geberit’s contributions to cleanliness and functional space. Geberit in-wall installation systems are a staple in Bier’s homes. “The beauty of the carrier is that if you have a structural issue and you can’t take the toilet plumbing straight down, you can twist and turn the waste pipes through the studs,” Bier explains. He works with both 2x4 and 2x6, steel and wood construction, and Geberit has carriers to accommodate both. During construction on a home with a cantilever, he needed a workaround, so he used a 6” carrier and routed the plumbing through the wall.

For Bier, the beauty of Geberit lies in the unseen parts. After the studs are installed and the drywall goes up, the rooms start to come to life. In the bathrooms, the final touches include selecting vanities, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and Geberit flush plates to match the look. Bier and his designers have fun with textures and finishes, knowing the tastes of the buyers. Geberit offers a vast palette of finishes, from minimalistic flush plate designs to sleek brushed metal, glass, stone, and even customizable plate options. There are also touchless and Bluetooth® enabled options for managing water usage.
